In 1995, the first lines were drawn for this revolutionary
system. There was large need for integration of the music
staff in the data processing world. What the word
processor meanest for the secretariat is now the CAM
system for the serious musician.
Who wants to manage a repertoire of thousands of
musical compositions needs rapidly a complete library and
a truck to move them around. A traditional music
orchestra will play a few works on a concert, and has
enough with the staff of this composition.
The entertainer who regularly meets the same public,
cannot handle so many sheet music. Getting on tour with
thousands of songs on paper is impossible. Here brought
the PC a solution. Software was written to store these
sheets in the computer as a database. Thus pieces can
be classified on several descriptions. They can be treated
and stored. With a notebook on the piano, the entertainer
can see and follow the pieces of music easily, while
playing the music.
In the meantime the system grow up into a mature tool for
the professional musician. Entire arrangements are
written and managed.

musical instruments with very realistically sounding virtual
instruments, a link between the CAM system and these
instruments was laid. This way orchestral implementation
could play live together with the piano player.
THE CAM system Guido uses is the fruit of years of study
and building up a system according to its own needs and
insights. On one keyboard he plays LIVE piano, violin,
choirs, and other solo instruments, such as flute,
accordion and organ. The system plays voices such as
the bass and the drums.
This gives the soloist scope of a large ORCHESTRA
without demanding the cost and the required space of this
act.
